In our bakery, it is baked layer by layer over an open flame and coated with chocolate by hand.

Ingredients:
Eggs, Flour, Wheat Starch, Sugar, Butter, Vanilla, Tonka bean, Lemon zest.
Coating: Whole Milk Chocolate (Cocoa content min. 40% organic quality): Beet sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass (Ecuador), Skimmed milk powder; and Dark Chocolate (Cocoa content min. 62% organic quality): Cocoa mass (Ecuador), Beet sugar, Cocoa butter.

Allergens:
Contains: Gluten (Flour/Starch), Eggs, Milk components (Butter, Milk powders).

May contain traces of tree nuts, soy, and sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
