Flour (Gluten), Honey, Marzipan (Almonds), Almonds (Tree Nuts), Hazelnuts (Tree Nuts), Eggs, Butter (Milk), Sultanas, Candied orange peel, Cocoa, Baking soda, Ammonium, Anise, Gingerbread spice (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace), Lemon, Couverture (Cocoa mass min. 60%(Organic) Milk, Soy).

Allergens:
Contains: Gluten (Wheat flour), Eggs, Almonds (Marzipan & chopped almonds) - Tree Nuts, Hazelnuts (Tree Nuts), Milk components (Butter, possibly in chocolate), Soy (may be present in chocolate). Contains Alcohol (Cherry Brandy, approx. 50 ml total quantity per batch).
