Our Sandkranz is made from high-quality sponge cake, refined with apricot jam, and topped with lemon glaze—perfect for anyone who appreciates fresh cake.

The sand wreath is baked by hand, using only German-brand butter and fresh, free-range eggs. After baking, the cake is dusted with apricots, covered with lemon glaze, and decorated with dark chocolate and pistachios.
